Happy Christmas!! What? It’s January!?!?
Ok – so this is a bit behind (pun intended) but this is the card that we sent out this year. Cute eh? These are my boys, but if you want awesome Christmas cards for this coming year, don’t wait till December to book your session! Typically, Christmas sessions need to be scheduled in September to allow time for retouching and card ordering.
Here’s Henry, resplendent in his new football outfit that Nana and Grandaddy brought over from the UK for him. It’s the Arsenal away strip, perfect for our boy as it’s because they used to have Thierry Henry play for them…so the grandparents found a uniform with ‘Henry’ on the back!! Awesome…

George is the spitting image of Henry. Here they both are, at about 1 week old. Freaky…
Like a doctor who smokes, or a mechanic with the biggest pile or crap car…photographers are awful at keeping photographic records of their own familes. So, this year I vow to take many more portraits of my little boy…here are some from last night:
For Christmas this year we went up to a small town on Mt Hood and rented a cabin with some great friends, Jennifer, Jason, Erin and Christian. The snow was amazing and it was the perfect setting for a Christmas! Here are some random shots of Henry opening some of Santa’s best, and the lovely cabin and snow.
The snow here in Portland has now melted, but for a week or so it was a true winter wonderland. Here are a few more shots of Henry having fun in the snow!
So, winter finally hit Portland big time this weekend – a smattering of snow and we are down in the low 20′s temperature wise!! We shouldn’t moan, the rest of the country is having it much worse, with the North East having major ice storms. The snow went away as quickly as it came but we had some fun while it lasted. More to come Wednesday!! Whoo hooo.!!!

A little under a year ago we took Henry to the beach for the first time – he was a baby then…he’s a little boy now!! We stayed in Lincoln City and had some fun on the lovely sandy beach, which was freeeeeeeezing! Damn Oregon weather!
