Baby Feet Foto isn’t just a business for me. Many of my past clients have become friends. When we moved up to Portland from San Francisco, we sadly had to leave behind many great friends we’d made; some of whom started were members of the Baby Feet Gang. Henry loved hanging out with ‘his girls’, and just before we left we all got together and Henry said his goodbyes!Keen eyed readers will spot Abigail and Eliza, both Baby Feet Babies!

With so much to do setting up here in Portland, I’ve got a huge backlog of personal images to sort through.
I happened upon these two of the Golden Gate Bridge that caught my eye. They were taken on our last walk along Chrissy Field back in April.
Portland has plenty of great looking bridges, but for some reason the Golden Gate has something a little special about it!

OK, so not much of a celebration for us Brits. We don’t make much of a fuss about the fact that we *let* the Americans beat us……….Anyway, one of the heart warming aspects about living in America is the generous way friends of friends make you feel at home.Through our friends Natalie and Eric, we met a lovely couple, Don and Holiday, who have a great place near Mt Hood - and they invited us to their July 4th all day party. Their house is stunning with great views of the mountain and they even provided free Mexican food from a proper taco truck too! A grand time was had by all, even though it got to nearly 100 degrees! Here is their house and view:
